Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Cooked (“the Service”), operated by Noware (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at get-cooked.io. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Cooked you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@get-cooked.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Upload or transmit content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our written permission.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Cooked. By submitting content you grant Noware a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by Noware or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noware and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noware is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
